J.K. Rowlings' Pottermore Has Officially Launched

Good news for J.K. Rowling and Harry Potters' fans! The wait is over because the new Pottermore site is now official and everyone can now access the long-awaited Pottermore portal, according to a report.
J.K. Rowling and Sony just opened the Pottermore site for the exclusive use and enjoyment of millions of Harry Potter fans all over the world.
The content and interactive features of the site relates to the first book of Harry Potter "The Sorcerer's Stone" and users will be sorted in one of the four Hogwarts houses through the Sorting Hat. These 4 Hogwarts houses includes Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, Slytherin and Gryffindor.
Furthermore, a blog post from the new Pottermore site states, "Over the coming days, we'll be inviting new users onto Pottermore.com. We're expecting to be really busy to start with and plan to activate new registration in a steady stream. This means that you may not get access to Pottermore immediately after sign-up but we will get you exploring the site as quickly as possible."

The Pottermore site aims for all Harry Potter fans to sign-up, explore and discover the new exclusive writings of J.K. Rowlings, as well as read new content about Potter Universe where they can also purchase online books in e-book formats.
To note, the Pottermore site in its initial launch has already made it possible for Harry Potter patrons and fans to download e-books, and the site, while in beta, also has already generated a whopping $1.5 million in e-book sales.
